I added some new photos to my Flickr. They’re from September of 2008, I only recently picked them up.

Still more mail art pieces! I’m almost caught up.

I’m still working on creating and sending out thank you cards and art to those who sent me well wishes over the holidays. Here are a couple I completed today:

I’ve done a couple of others but didn’t get a chance to scan them in.

About a month ago I mentioned the Five Five Project. Well, I sent in one piece shortly after that, and will be putting another in the mail today. Here they are:

No story.

“This hombre is Scalor! He’s the most feared luchador this side of town! His signature move is ‘Slither of Fear!’
When he’s not busy dominating in the ring he goes by Jorge and is known amongst his classmates for his wicked multiplication skills.”

I also did a picture for the 100 Artists Project:

No story for this one either, except that he really loves fish.

I also drew another little mouse.
This one is Apodemus sylvaticus, also known as a wood mouse.

Quite some time ago I mentioned the 100 Artists Project. Well, I finally got around to doing a piece for it. (Took me long enough.) It’ll go in the mail Monday, and should get there within a week or so. I’m waiting to post a picture of it until I think it’s been received, so be sure to check back.

If you’ve got the creative itch and want a good outlet you should go check out the 100 Artists Project; as I said before, it’s for a good cause, and there are several different ways you can contribute.

I’ve also done a piece for the Five Five Project. I missed the post on Saturday, so that will also go in the mail Monday.

I sent a couple of special packages out quite some time ago and haven’t posted them yet. Here they are:

This kitty was on the envelope of the first package.

Here’s a shot of the contents of the package:
A book-letter with ‘hello’ written on the front in Russian and
A paper packet with something very special inside.

The second special package had some feathered characters on it.

 This package had a book letter with ‘hello’ in French, and a paper packet as well.

I received a really lovely postcard from my friend down at A&M. I’m really diggin’ the silver and gold with the ink details.
